This second EP of "La Super Onda" compiles different bands/ tracks with a same groove / feeling... Vol 2: are songs with "funky jazz, latin disco, perfect groove for drink a whiskey glass and relax.. or dance in the darkness under the moonlight - a perfect combo !

Jaime Delgado Aparicio and Orquesta contemporanea.. what a great combo with the master of peruvian jazz Jaime Delgado Aparicio on piano, a great big Orchestra with probably 60 or more musicians on brass & violins.. and some Black Sugar musicians on the band (guitar, percusions, etc) ... on female vocals the great Melissa Grifiths and Roxanna Valdivieso.. two young girls that become later two amazing artists. This was made a double A side test pressing for radio in 1977. Absolutely rare and fantastic !

Grupo X is another mistery band... made one private 7".. A side is a version of the popular folk song "El condor pasa"..wich is very popular internationally because Simon & Gardfunkel 's version... but it's a peruvian composition from Daniel Alomias Robles. This one is a funky version with "in concert" overdubs.

Last song by Grupo X is another funky version of a Jeff Beck's song...
I'm guessing who played in Grupo X ? A total mistery.
